I have an outgoing personality and love to laugh. I am fairly active and I like sports, but I am not married to my couch (don't watch too much TV).
I graduated from Cleveland State and received my Bachelor's Degree and teaching license in secondary social studies. I majored in social studies and history with a minor in education, and now am working on my Master's in History.
I substitute teach at all of the Medina county school districts, and I also work part-time for UPS and I have my own business.
I like to camp and hike and once a year I go mountain climbing. Recently, I climbed Mt Ranier, Washington and also went to Hawaii. I have some awesome pictures! Both trips were quite an experience, as well as some of the other places I've traveled to. I've been to all but one state (Alaska).
I like doing anything outdoors, especially during the summer weather.
I'm pretty active and I stay fit (active and fit...kind of sounds like a dog food commercial...Ha Ha!) You're probably asking yourself "But does he have a healthy coat" Lol.
There isn't too much I don't like doing.

Finally, I am a firm believer in the theory that every dollar we spend is a vote, so I'm no longer "voting for" the factory farming of animals. While I'm not technically a vegetarian, it's close enough since the availability humanly raised animals in the Cleveland area is slim-to-none. However, Chipotle does offer naturally raised pork and chicken, so that's always tasty.

Hello.....My name is Ed. Don't let the nickname fool you, it is not how it might sound. It is just an online screen name I have used for many years. I am looking forward to meeting new pals here on OkCupid, in whatever form they develop. Describing one's self in these things is kinda one-sided. How you see yourself isn't necessarily what someone sees in you. Having said that, I try to maintain a balance in my life. Trying to stay happy, but understanding that life's stressful situations can bring out the best in you. I absolutely loath arguing and prefer a compromise from both sides when possible. Sometimes, I may seem like I don't want to make a decision on things right away, but I feel it is due to may analytical nature. Trying to see all sides of a situation to make the best informed decision as possible. Being analytical, I think has helped me better understand how other people feel and thus, allows me to be more compassionate of other people's feelings and challenges in life.

Essentially the "good friend", a blessing and a curse. I'm athletic and like to run around and play games, particularly football and soccer (I understand there's a rivalry between the two in America, but I will say football trumps). I am pretty reserved most of the time, my friends even call me Morals because my ethics and beliefs are... different than most. I am a gentleman, which I believe is a rare thing in todayâ??s world.
I use to think that I had the best friends around but recently they have let me down a lot and have just been spending all of their time with their girlfriends and since I am single, I don't hang out with them that much because then I'm the third wheel and that sucks.
I also went to college for 5 years, so I need to meet more people around here since I lost a lot of connections because I went away for college.

I don't have a real job yet.
I do have 2 part time jobs to pay for school loans and some fun money.
The one job is Asset Protection for a retail store and the other is hard physical labor from 11pm-3am ish monday thru friday.
I currently live with my parent but am going to move out by April at the latest.
In a girl, I like someone who likes to have fun, is laidback, drama free, and a cute face.

I am a hard worker, I purchased my own home in October 2007, It is a fixxer upper, and has slowly been coming around. I have remodeled the Bathroom and repaired the foundation already, I have quite a few projects remaining, but until I go back to work, everything is on hold. You have to love the economy right now.
